**Effective Immediately the Terms and Conditions of TMS Membership Have Changed**
1. All members must be registered users on this website with up to date contact information. If already registered, make sure your information is up to-date with required information. Click the link https://the-tms-clan.forumotion.com/profile?mode=editprofile and update your profile.
2. All members must remain active members.
a. Members must participate in at least every other clan war.
b. At the convenience of the clan, we may make exceptions to the participation rule if there are extenuating circumstances and if it is cleared with leadership directly and in advance.
c. A member must have 35 wins for platinum division clan wars and play all 8 hours for diamond division clan wars.
3. You must contact Kharon directly via Xbox messenger, this website by personal message, or via Voxer (jyoda7818) by MIDNIGHT PST on the Wednesday prior to clan wars. If you do not, Kharon cannot guarantee making you active in time. It is highly recommend you do so prior to the deadline as the application can get glitchy and prevent Kharon from marking you active in time for roster locks.
4. Member's K/D must remain above a 1.0. We are not elitists, but we don’t settle either. A 1.0 is the absolute lowest we are willing to accept for a member.
5. The front page of this website has our hierarchy. Prim3valchaos has gone to great lengths to set up this website and continues to work hard to maintain its accuracy. Your squad can be found there. These are the individuals you will play with/for during clan wars. Take all direction from your leader. Our leadership is handpicked, we will take their word over yours if that’s all we have to go off of. That being said, if you have complaints with anyone in the chain of command Kharon has an open door policy where you may contact him directly via Xbox messenger, this website by personal message, or via Voxer (jyoda7818).
6. If you accept these terms and conditions and pledge fealty to TMS, follow the reply post below by 07/21/2015 failure to do so may result in your immediate dismissal from TMS.
7. Make sure your fellow clan members are in your friends list. Send them an invite, clan members accept it.
